Pam Fite, IFMCHC is a Functional Medicine Health Coach dedicated to helping clients turn knowledge into lasting health transformation. With a lifelong passion for personal growth and decades of experience in leadership, coaching, and behavior change, Pam empowers individuals to take control of their health in a practical, sustainable way.
Pam specializes in helping clients build healthier habits, reduce stress, and learn how to eat for true wellness—not just short-term results. She partners with clients to translate provider recommendations into real-life action, focusing on nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset shifts that support long-term success. Her approach is both strategic and compassionate, meeting clients where they are and guiding them step-by-step toward meaningful, lasting change.
Before transitioning into health coaching, Pam served in educational leadership roles, including school administration and grant writing, as well as an account executive in national educational organizations. This background gives her a unique ability to educate, motivate, and guide individuals through complex changes with clarity and confidence.
Pam is a graduate of the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy and holds advanced degrees in education and leadership. She integrates her expertise in behavior change, systems thinking, and personalized coaching to help clients achieve sustainable, whole-person wellness.
Pam is especially excited about her role as a health coach and the opportunity to walk alongside clients as they make impactful lifestyle changes. She is proud to join the team at Integrative Health Matters, where she collaborates with providers to support individuals in achieving optimal health through a root-cause, whole-person approach.
