- We are not able to draw blood in our office at this time.
- If you have urgent labs, we will send the orders to CPL and have you do it at your nearest center.
- Urgent labs include post-pellet labs and anything else deemed urgent by your provider.

- Provider and health coach visits are available.

- If you were in the midst of a GAINSWave cycle, we will work with you to establish a new cycle when we are able to return, based on the number of treatments you have had.

- If you need a service in the future, such as pellets, labs, or any other in-person visit, you may either go ahead and schedule or call us back to arrange later at your convenience. We do not know at this time how far out we will have to delay these services. We will call you to reschedule if you are on our schedule but we are not yet able to offer what you are scheduled for.
